| dc.description.abstract | 2003년에 동중국해 대륙붕 수역의 초미세 플랑크톤 개체수 및 분포 특성을 조사하였다. Dual-Beam flow cytometer에서 분석되는 세포의 산란과 색소형과 특성르 이용 남조세균인 Synechococcus, Prochlorococcus 그리고 picoeukaryotes를 분리 계수하였다. 3회조사결과를 통해 Synechococcus와 picoeukarytes는 동중국해의 하계 저염환경에 잘 적응하며 일차 생산의 약 50%를 기여하는 결과를 보였다. 반면 Prochlorococcus 는 저염환경의 영향으로 대마난류 해역에 제한되어 출현하였다. | - |
