| dc.description.abstract | - 북극해 연안국의 UNCLCS를 통한 200해리 외측 대륙붕 연장 준비가 진행됨에 따라, 그 지질적 연장성을 규명한다면, 북극해 대륙붕의 대부분은 북극해 연안국의 관할권 범위에 귀속됨- 따라서, 경우에 따라서는 CLCS와 북극해연안국의 해저산맥과 해저고지의 해석을 둘러싼 과학적 논쟁이 지속될 것인 바, 북극해를 이용하고자 하는 우리나라에게는 상당한 제한으로 다가올 수 있음- 이에 북극해 대륙붕 연장에 대한 현재와 주요 논쟁을 살펴보고, 향후 국가적 대응방안을 제시지의 해석을 둘러싼 과학적 논쟁이 지속될 것인 바, 북극해를 이용하고자 하는 우리나라에게는 상당한 제한으로 다가올 수 있음- 이에 북극해 대륙붕 연장에 대한 현재와 주요 논쟁을 살펴보고, 향후 국가적 대응방안을 제시 | - |
