- Abstract
- The fish fauna in the coastal waters of Gageodo Island, South-west Sea, was investigated by SCUBA diving ing October 16 and 17, 2002. The fishes observed were classified into 40 species in 23 families.
In autumn, subtropical fishes in such as families as Pomacentridae, Pomacanthidae and Apogonidae, represented 12.5% of the total, while eurythermal species represented 72.5%.
