- Abstract
- 폴란드와 스웨덴간의 대륙붕 및 어업수역협정은 단일의 해양경계에 의해 획정되었다. 동 협정의 주목할만한 점은 그의 일부는 일반적인 발틱해의 관행에 따랐다는 점이다. 즉, 대향국간에 단순화한 등거리선이 사용되었다는 점이다. 그러나 경계선 중 두 번째 구간의 설정은 대략 1년 정도 앞선 스웨덴과 소련간 협정(Sweden-USSR(1988), No. 10-9 참조)과 밀접하게 관련되어 있는 바, 스웨덴과 소련간 협정은 분명 이 사건에서 선례로서 작용했다. 분쟁해역은 동일한 원칙에 따라, 즉 폴란드가 25%, 스웨덴이 75%로 분할되었다.
