- 본 발명은 고농도 유기물인 계분을 전처리한 계분 농축액을 이용한 미세조류 배양용 친환경 배지를 사용하여 미세조류 바이오매스 생산량 및 세포 내 피코시아닌 색소 함량을 증진시키고, 미세조류 바이오매스 생산 비용을 절감하며, 생산된 미세조류 바이오매스를 상업적 천연 고부가 소재로 보급할 수 있는 계분 농축액을 이용한 미세조류 배양용 친환경 배지 제조방법, 이를 통한 미세조류 배양방법 및 이로부터 제조된 미세조류 바이오매스를 제공한다.
