- 해양 분야 육성을 위해 신기술 인증제도의 현황을 살펴보고, 그에 따른 문제점에 대해 논의한다. 더불어 타 분야의 사례 분석을 통해 해양분야와 접목하여 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
