| dc.description.abstract | 본 소고에서 논의되는 음식물류폐기물폐수(일명 음폐수)는 2004년 3월 구 해양오염방지법(현 해양환경관리법) 시행규칙 개정 시 해양배출가능 폐기물로 추가되면서 2009년까지의 음폐수의 해양배출 누적량은 약 7.1백만m3에 달하고 있다. 연도별로는 2004년 0.8백만m3으로 시작하여 2007년에 1.7백만m3으로 최대를 보였지만, 정부의 폐기물 해양배출 저감정책 효과로 점차 감소하여 2009년에는 1.2백만m3이었다. 그러나 음폐수에는 고농도의 유기물과 질소 등을 함유하고 있어 동 폐기물이 배출되는 해역에서는 적조유발 생물들의 출현도 관측되고 있어 음폐수 해양배출에 대한 적정관리가 필요하다. | - |
