Morphological descriptions of six aloricate oligotrich ciliates (Ciliophora: Spirotricha: Oligotrichia) from Southern coast of Korea

Abstract

빈섬모충류의 형태학적 연구를 수행하기 위해 2009년 02월부터 2010년 11월까지 진해만 (23정점)과 광양만 (20정점)에서 각각 시기별로 채수하여 QPS (quantitative protargol staining) 염색법으로 시료들을 염색하여 형태학적 관찰을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 3과 3속 6종을 동정 및 기재 하였다: Strombidinopsis chilorhax Lynn et al., 1991, S. elongata Song & Bradbury, 1998, Lohmanniella oviformis Leegaard, 1915, Strombidium bilobum Lynn & Gilron, 1993, S. epidemum Lynn et al., 1988 그리고 S. pollostomum Lynn & Gilron, 1993. 본 연구에서 발견된 6종 모두 국내에서는 처음 기재되는 미기록종들이다.
