| dc.description.abstract | 빈섬모충류의 형태학적 연구를 수행하기 위해 2009년 02월부터 2010년 11월까지 진해만 (23정점)과 광양만 (20정점)에서 각각 시기별로 채수하여 QPS (quantitative protargol staining) 염색법으로 시료들을 염색하여 형태학적 관찰을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 3과 3속 6종을 동정 및 기재 하였다: Strombidinopsis chilorhax Lynn et al., 1991, S. elongata Song & Bradbury, 1998, Lohmanniella oviformis Leegaard, 1915, Strombidium bilobum Lynn & Gilron, 1993, S. epidemum Lynn et al., 1988 그리고 S. pollostomum Lynn & Gilron, 1993. 본 연구에서 발견된 6종 모두 국내에서는 처음 기재되는 미기록종들이다. | - |
