- Abstract
- 한중 해양경계획정은 시급한 현안문제로 부각되고 있으며, 이중 중국의 해양경계획정 접근 원칙 혹은 방법은 양국의 최종 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 방법이다. 현재까지 명확하게 해석되지 않은 접근 원칙과 방법에 대하여 국제판례를 통해 분석하고 우리나라의 대응방안을 제시하는 것은 매우 의미가 있다.
