Abstract

Maritime safety and marine environmental protection are the most important topic in marine society. However, many maritime accidents have been occurred with the development of marine transportation industry. On the other side, vesseles are under dynamic circumstances and factors, which are related with vesseles' collision. Nowadays, the increasing tendency to human errors of collisions are increses. This study analysed on the human errors caused collisions such as neglience of lookout using generic error modeling system.
