바람에 의한 양자강수의 반응

Abstract

The Changjiang River discharge has an important influence on the hydrography and current of the East China Sea and shows large seasonal variations in its moving direction and volume. Although it is now understood the basic behavior of the Changjiang Diluted Water, detailed description of the CDW is still far from complete. In order to investigate the behavior of the CDW, KORDI conduted hydrographic survey in the northern East China Sea using the R/V Eardo in mid July of 2004. Seven satellite-tracked drifters were deployed during the survey period jointly with Kyushu University. A meteorological data buoy equipped with an ADCP was moored at a site closed to the Ieodo Ocean Research Station (IORS). We report the results of observations focused on the response of the CDW to wind.
