| dc.description.abstract | 폐기물 해양투기는 육상처리 부담을 경감하고 하천 및 연안을 보호하기 위해 1977년 해양오염방지법 제정을 통해 시행되었고, 1993년에는 현재의 서해 병, 동해 병 및 정해역이 지정되었다. 2006년 2월에는 폐기물 해양투기로 부터의 해양오염을 방지하는 국제협약인 런던협약과 '96의정서 준수를 위해 2006년 2월에 해양오염방지법 시행규칙이 개정되어 런던협약 위반품목들이 금지되었고, 해양투기 처리기준 또한 강화되었다. 2007년 1월에는 해양환경관리법으로 개편되었다. | - |
