| dc.description.abstract | 폐기물 해양투기량의 급속한 증가는 현재 폐기물 투기해역 환경에 악영향 뿐만 아니라 주변 국가들과의 환경분쟁도 잠재되어 있다. 그동안 해양투기 폐기물 감축을 위한 법/제도 개선이 추진되어 왔지만 현재까지도 하수오니, 가축분뇨 및 음식물 폐기물 폐수 해양투기 의존도는 상당히 높아 본고에서는 국내외 폐기물 해양투기 현황, 국내제도 추진현황, 폐기물 해양투기 증가원인을 분석하여 현 제도의 미비점 개선을 제안하고자 한다. | - |
