Abstract
One of the most important factors affecting the movement of drift objects in the sea is the wind, so particle tracking is performed by applying different wind coefficient to each object. U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) uses a database of wind coefficient according to the drift objects through field experiments. In addition, Choi et al. (2016) also proposed the use of different wind coefficient for the same object depending on the wind strength, and thus derived a correlation equation between wind speed and wind coefficient.icient according to the drift objects through field experiments. In addition, Choi et al. (2016) also proposed the use of different wind coefficient for the same object depending on the wind strength, and thus derived a correlation equation between wind speed and wind coefficient.
