- 본 발명은 일반적으로 펩타이드합성에 사용되는 BOP((Benzotriazol-1-yloxy)tris(dimethylamino)
phosphonium hexafluorophosphate)를 주요 반응시약으로, 3-aminothiophene 유도체들과 mono-methyl
fumarate를 반응하여 신규 thienopyridine 유도체를 합성하는 합성법의 개발과 이를 통해 도출된
thienopyridine 유도체들의 6개의 인간암세포주에대한 성장억제도를 탐색하여 도출한 우수 활성물질을 제
공한다.
