| dc.description.abstract | - BBNJ 정부간회의는 심해 어업이 심해 환경에 미치는 영향과 그 규제에 대한 필요성을 계기로 시작되었음 - 유엔총회 결의에 따라 비공식협의회를 통하여 4개 패키지 이슈를 중심으로 국제법적으로 구속력 있는 국제문서 제정에 합의하였음 - 해양유전자원의 경우 공해 해양유전자원에 대한 접근 규제와 이익공유를 다루고 있어 해양과학조사와 바이오 산업의 경제적 활동에 영향이 우려, 구역기반관리수단의 경우 공해의 어업활동에 영향이 우려, 환경영향평가의 경우 국가관할권 이원지역에 계획된 모든 활동에대한 제약 우려, 역량강화와 해양과학기술이전은 국가관할권 이원지역 활동에 참여하는 모든 주체에 대한 영향이 예상됨 | - |
