- 본 연구에서는 신법에 따른 해양용도구역과 .구법에 따른 연안용도해역 및 기능구역의 결정요인에 대하여 비교하고 신법에 따른 해양용도구역 지정 기준 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.
