- Abstract
- 본 연구는 해양공간계획 및 관리에 관한 법률(이하 “해양공간계획법”이라 한다) 제12조에 따른 “용도의 중첩에 대한 우선순위”에 대한 해석의 차이를 분석하고 법률의 제정 목적과 해당 규정의 취지, 용도와 활동의 차이, 중첩관리의 방향에 대한 검토를통해 용도의 중첩에 대한 우선순위 관리에 대한 시점을 도출하고자 한다.
