dc.description.abstract | Bottled deep sea water and Bottled spring water can be equally considered by nature. It is, therefore, reasonable that sell-by-date system and approval system of its extension for those two products should be regulated equally unless there are special circumstances. However, there are differences between those two drinking water's sell-by-date system and approval system of extension under existing legislation. Unlike Bottled spring water and deep sea water has no case of extension of sell-by-date. This is in contrast to the case of bottled spring water being approved for reset of sell-by-date generally. That is because approval system of extension of sell-by-date for bottled deep sea water is insufficient. Reviewing the related statute of bottled deep sea water, the concept of the statute should be changed to reset of sell-by-date same as bottled spring water and it is ideal that attached documents for the approval should be complemented to have equity with bottled spring water. | - |
