- - 남중국해 사례를 계기로 해양환경 보전 및 보호의무는 협약상 선언적 의미에서 실질적 준수 의무로 전환됨. 이를 계기로, 해양환경 문제를 계기로 국제분쟁 가능성을 논하고, 향후 우리나라 독도정책의 유의미한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였음
