- 동중국해와 토까라 해협에서 Kuroshio변동을 약 1-2개월의 단기변동, 약 반년-일년의 중기변동, 수년 이상의 장기변동으로 구분하였고, 각 주기대별로 역학적 특징과 형태에 대해 논의하였다. 주기대별 변동에 관한 역학적 관계를 설명하고, 이를 토대로 연구해역에서 Kuroshio의 변동 시스템을 제시하였다.
