- Abstract
- 구제역 바이러스(foot-and-mouth disease virus, FMDV)에 감염된 숙주세포에서 섬유아세포 성장인자 11(fibroblast growth factor 11, FGF11) 유전자의 발현이 증가함에 따라 구제역 바이러스(foot-and-mouth disease virus, FMDV)의 발현이 억제되고, 세포병변 효과가 감소되는 것을 확인함으로써, 섬유아세포 성장인자 11(fibroblast growth factor 11, FGF11)은 구제역 바이러스(foot-and-mouth disease virus, FMDV)에 대한 항바이러스제로 제공될 수 있다.
