| dc.description.abstract | 해양환경에서의 위험유해물질의 배출규제는 주로 선박으로부터의 오염규제에 한정되어 있기 때문에, 해양산업시설의 위험유해물질 배출 허용기준 및 배출지침 수립 등의 해양배출제도 개선의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양산업시설의 위험유해물질 배출허용기준 및 배출지침 개발을 위해 국외 사례와 국내 수질오염물질의 배출허용기준 설정에 대한 자료 조사를 수행하여 배출허용기준 및 배출지침 수립 등의 배출 제도 및 관리에 대해 살펴보고 향후 해양산업시설의 위험물질 배출 관리 방안에 대하여 고찰하였다. | - |
