| dc.description.abstract | 폐기물은 해양배출시 환경과 국민건강에 악영향을 줄 수 있지만, 훌륭한 자원으로서 재활용될 경우 환경보호 및 미래친환경산업을 육성시킴으로서 국가경쟁력에도 크게 이바지 할 수 있다. 따라서 런던의정서 당사국들의 폐기물 관리는 환경에 미치는 영향 순으로 감축→재활용→소각→매립→해양배출 순으로 정책방향을 결정하고 있다. 이에 따라 해양수산부(현 국토해양부)는 사전예방을 원칙으로 하는 국제사회 요구를 수용하고, 폐기물 해양배출 급증에 따른 환경 악영향을 줄이기 위해 2006년에 “육상폐기물 해양배출관리 종합대책”을 수립해 현재까지 추진 중에 있다. | - |
