| dc.description.abstract | IMO 선박평형수관리협약은 타국 항만에서 처리 전 선박평형수의 배출을 금지하기 위한 국제협약으로 점차 국제지침 및 각국의 안전규정이 강화되고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서 생산되고 있는 선박평형수 처리기술은 크게 전기분해방식, 자외선살균 방식, 오존살균 방식 등으로 구분할 수 있는데 같은 처리방식의 장치일지라도 처리 용 량, 규모에 따라 데이터구조가 상이하므로 이를 표준화된 정보체계로 통합시켜 관리하고 검사하기 위한 ICT기반 모니터링시스템이 필요하다. 항만국통제(Port State Control)시 검사결과를 쉽고 빠르게 판별할 수 있는 운전데이 터 분석기능과 그래프, 운전위치도 등 데이터가시화 기법을 이용해 선박평형수 검사업무를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 모니터링시스템을 구축하였다. | - |
