| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 써모코커스 온누리누스 480T(Thermococcus onnurineus 480T, 기탁번호: KCTC13046BP) 균주에 관 한 것이다. 또한, (a) 제 1 항의 균주에 일산화탄소를 공급하여 배양하는 단계 및 (b) 상기 배양물로부 터 고농도의 세포 확보 및 수소생산방법에관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 균주는 100% 일산화탄소에서 적응 한 균주로서 종래의 156T에 비하여 생장속도가 5.5% 높아졌고, 생물체량(biomass)는 약 55% 증가하였고, 이에 따라서 증가된 수소생산능력은 약 30% 증가되었고, 및 일산화탄소의 수소로의전환율은 54% 증가하 여, 종래 균주 대비 상당히 우수한 성질을 가진 균주이다. | - |
