- Abstract
- 마산만에서 Scale을 지닌 편모류와 근족충류(Rhizopoda: Amoebae와 Heliozoa)의 시ㆍ공간적 분포를 파악하기 위하여 2006년 4월부터 2007년 2월까지 계절별로 33개 정점에서 시료를 채취하였다. 시료를 채취하여 Bouin 용액으로 고정하였으며, 10-20㎖의 시료를 농축하여 QPS(Quantitative Protargol Stain)방법으로 염색 한 후 프레파라아트를 만들었다. 본 연구에서는 방법상의 문제로 종(species) 수준까지는 동정하지 못하였던 관계로 근족충류는 크게 amoebae와 heliozoa로 분류하였다.
