| dc.description.abstract | 새만금 방조제는 2006년 4월 끝물막이 공사가 완료됨에 따라 방조제 내측과 외측해역으로 분리되었다. 그 결과, 방조제 내측환경은 만경강과 동진강으로부터 유입되는 담수으 ㅣ영향이 크게 작용하게 되었으며, 외측에서는 조류가 약화되었다. 그동안 새만금 해역에서 물리, 화학적 트성 및 식물/동물 플랑크톤에 대한 연구조사는 지소적으로 조사가 되어 왔으나, 유기물의 분해와 미생물 먹이망의 주요 구성분이 박테리아의 생태에 대한 연구는 거의 수행되지 않았다. 본 연구는 방조제의 끝막이 공사 오나료 이후인 2007년 3우러부터 2008년 7월까지 새만금 방조제 내/외측에서 총 7회에 걸쳐 측정된 박테리아 개체수와 생산력의 공간 분포 양상에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 조사결과에 따르면 방조제 내측의 박테리아 성장에 담수에 의해 유입된 타지성 유기물과 일차생산자에 의해 생산된 자생성 유기물이 중요하며, 방조제 내측의 수질관리에ㅐ 유입되는 담수의 유무기 영양염의 저감을 통한 관리가 중요함을 시사하였다. | - |
