Abstract
Picocyanobacterial diversity in the YEECS was found to be influenced mainly by physicochemical properties of water mass. Thus, Investigation of picophytoplankton diversity in the YSECS with highly diverse environment using molecular biological technique will be helpful to understand the ecology of diverse phytoplankton groups in coastal areas. Seasonal and spatial distribution of each genotypes and environmental factors regulating their distribution in coastal and marginal seas will be elucidated. Establish better understanding on the impacts on the ECS Large Marine Ecosystem in relation to environmental changes of the Changjiang estuary.cal technique will be helpful to understand the ecology of diverse phytoplankton groups in coastal areas. Seasonal and spatial distribution of each genotypes and environmental factors regulating their distribution in coastal and marginal seas will be elucidated. Establish better understanding on the impacts on the ECS Large Marine Ecosystem in relation to environmental changes of the Changjiang estuary.
