dc.description.abstract | Cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Met) was isolated from the fermentation broth of a marine-derived actinomycete Nocardiopsis sp. 03N67 by chromatographic analysis and showed anti-angiogenesis activity against human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). The structure and absolute stereochemistry of this compound were determined based on extensive spectroscopic data analysis, and Marfey's method, respectively.
