Abstract
- Trajectory Analysis Planner (TAP) in Inchon coastal waters has been developed to be used for oil spill contingency planning in the region. Basically, TAP is a computer-based tool designed to help create and review oil spill contingency plan by answering the following questions:What is the probability of oil impacting specific area? How much oil can impact the specific area? How long will it take oil to impact the specific area?Where can an oil spill come from? The purpose of developing the Inchon TAP is to help response planners in the region to prepare oil spill contingency plan.
