| dc.description.abstract | 동중국해 대륙붕에 설치된 이어도 해양관측기지 주변의 식물플랑크톤 군집구조를 2003년에 3회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 초미세 플랑크톤은 Dual-beam flow cytometer를 이용 Synechococcus, Prochlorococcus, picoeukaryotes의 3개 분류군으로 분리 계수하였다. 그 외 식물플랑크톤은 형과현미경과 광학 현미경을 이용 계수하였고 필요시 전자현미경도 사용하였다. 이와 같은 분포자료 및 환경요인을 분석하여 이어도 기지 수역의 식물플랑크톤 분포를 결정하는 요인과 일차생산자로서의 분류군별 중요성을 논의 하였다. | - |
