- Abstract
- Microsatellite의 8개의 marker를 분석한 결과, 60마리의 종묘 중 57마리는 어떤 암수 친어에서 생산되었는지 정확히 분석되었으나, 3마리는 동일한 암컷에 여러 마리의 수컷으로 나타나 정확한 분석이 어려웠다. 57마리의 종묘를 분석한 결과 64마리의 친어 중 총 27마리가 산란에 가입한 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중 수컷이 19마리, 암컷이 8마리로 나타났다.
