| dc.description.abstract | 동중국해에서 분리된 Synechococcus 균주들이 Synechococcus lineage 에서 새로운 4개의 clade 중 2개의 clades가 이어도 과학기지 수역에서 분리된 균주들에서 나타난것은 다양한 물리, 화학, 그리고 생물학적 특성을 보이는 이어도 과학기지 수역에서의 다양성 연구가 동중국해의 환경과 식물플랑크톤 다양성을 이해하는데 많은 정보를 제공할 수 있음을 예시하고 있다. 또한 이어도 기지 수역의 식물플랑크톤 군집구조는 동중국해 대륙붕수역의 군집구조와 유사한 시기별 변화를 나타냈다. 이느 ㄴ이어도 기지에서의 모니터링을 통해 동중국해 중앙수역의 식물플랑크톤 생태계의 변화양상을 파악이 가능함을 시사한다. | - |
