- Abstract
- This study was out to understand the distribution and pollution history of heavy metals of Gohyun Bay, one of the semi-enclosed bays. Surface sediments, sediment core and mussel samples were collected in Gohyun Bay and along the coast of Geoje Island during November 2003 and May 2004. Highly elevated Cu and Zn concentrations were found in the surface sediments near shipyard effluent outlet
