| dc.description.abstract | 차세대 해양생명공학사업 추진 전략수립의 목적은 2004-2013년간 지원된 해양생명공학기술개발 사업에 대하여 환경변화를 반영하여 미래 10년(2014-2023)의 추진전략을 마련하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 다양한 분석을 통해 미래 해양생명공학기술개발사업의성공적 추진을 위한 전략을 제언하였다. 특히, 해양생명공학기술개발 연구체계의 일환으로 개방형 산․ 학․ 연 연구체계 수립, 전략적 연구기획 및 정책지원기능 강화방안을 제시하였고, 미래예측을 통한 첨단 신기술 분야 도출을 포함하여 연구분야 별 해양생명공학사업 과제 및 중점 육성과제를 도출하였다. 또한, 향후 10년간의 비전과 성과목표 체계를 수립하였다.공적 추진을 위한 전략을 제언하였다. 특히, 해양생명공학기술개발 연구체계의 일환으로 개방형 산․ 학․ 연 연구체계 수립, 전략적 연구기획 및 정책지원기능 강화방안을 제시하였고, 미래예측을 통한 첨단 신기술 분야 도출을 포함하여 연구분야 별 해양생명공학사업 과제 및 중점 육성과제를 도출하였다. 또한, 향후 10년간의 비전과 성과목표 체계를 수립하였다. | - |
