dc.description.abstract The bistatic complex reflectivity of the Gaussian random rough sea surface was calculated using the moment method simulation and physical optics for a given surface roughness, oil-layer thickness, microwave frequency, polarization, and incidence angle. The SAR images were then generated from the given surface roughness and bistatic complex reflectivity. -
