Abstract
- An angiogenesis inhibitor was isolated from the culture broth of Nocariopsis sp. which was obtained from a seaseed samploe collected from Arctic. This compound showed anti-angiogenesis activity against human umbilical vein endothellial cells (HUVECs). The structure of this compound was determined by MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectral data analysis. The relative stereochemistry of this compound was determined by Marfesy's method.
