- Abstract
- 강도다리 생산성 관련 유전자를 확보하기 위하여 후보유전자들의 발현량을 정량분석하였다. 분석에 사용한 후보유전자는 muscle type의 creatine (CKM1), 기능이 밝혀지지 않은 3개의 DEG, PPAR-B, SCDb이다. 강도다리 근육조직에서 두 그룹간 발현량의 차이가 큰 CKM1 유전자와 DEG02는 강도다리의 생산성 관련 DNA marker로 활용이 가능함을 확인하였다.
