| dc.description.abstract | 이어도 기지 및 가거초 기지의 성공적인 건설과 운용은 우리나라 주요해역인 동해에 독도 해양과학기지 건설 추진의 밑거름이 되었다. 독도 기지는 기존 해양과학기지의 설계, 제작, 설치 및 운영의 노하우와 장․단점을 분석하고 비교하여 최적의 설계를 하는데 중점을 두었으며 특히, 기지 구축 성공의 가장 중요한 공정인 해상 설치공사에 대한 검토를 수행하였으며 혹시 있을 불확실한 요소에 대한 해결방안도 모색하였다.이어도기지, 가거초 기지, 황해중부부이, 그리고 향후 구축 예정인 백령도 기지를 포함하여 독도 기지까지 완공 되면 우리나라는 주요 해역에 대한 선단 해양관측망을 갖추게 된다. 이는 우리나라가 해양선진국으로 나아가는 초석이 될 것이라 판단된다. | - |
