- Abstract
- We analyze precise seabed and topography for understanding seafloor characteristics around the Hupo Bank on the East Sea. For this purpose, we conducted a bathymetry survey using multibeam echosounder system around the southern part of the Hupo Bank and the Wangdol-cho in Nov. 2011. The Hupo Bank have been insisted that detached from the Korean Peninsula during the opening of the East Sea(Kim et al., 2006).the Hupo Bank and the Wangdol-cho in Nov. 2011.
