Abstract
he microphytobenthos (MPB) production, as response to CO2 exposed conditions, was traced to find out its biological effect in short-term variability. The newly developed oxygen microsensor and microprofiling method are utilized to design aquatic exposure system of benthic microalgal production measure in this study. The experimental design focused on the detection of time-series concentrations of CO2 between surficial sediment and overlying water, with high resolution through a long-term exposure condition.n aquatic exposure system of benthic microalgal production measure in this study.
