Abstract
In this study, we chose Dendronephthya gigantea which is a soft coral widely distribute in Jeju Island and Alveopora japonica which is a hard coral rapidly expanding the population around Jeju Island to contruct microarray. Their probes in microarray was based on the noble and known genes sequences from NGS technology. Approximately 30,000 genes from Dendronephthya gigantea and Alveopora japonica were used for microarray, respectively. For the microaray experiments, we carried out temperature and pH stress experiment independently and RNA extraction is undergoing.microarray was based on the noble and known genes sequences from NGS technology.
