Abstract
The ultra precision processed optical systems have been designed with freeform optical components. The first one is the off-axis Three Mirror Anastigmat (TMA) consisting of three off-axis aspherical mirrors. The pupil diameter of the optical system is 300mm. And the other is the Ritchey-Chré tien type telescope of a 500mm in diameter and with two on-axis aspheric mirrors. These optical systems will be designed for reliability evaluation of the freeform optical component processing equipment under development. There will be manufactured in accordance with the development schedule of the freeform optical parts processing equipment. When the optical system is completed, the reliability evaluation for verifying the availability of the space class will be performed. The final optical system will be used for ocean color remote sensing.l system is 300mm.
