| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 고호열성 DNA 중합효소 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, Thermococcus sp. 균주로부터 분리 되어진 신규의 고호열성 DNA 중합효소 및 이의 기능적 동등물, 이들의 아미노산 서열을 가진 단백질 및 고 호열성 DNA 중합효소 생산방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 DNA 중합효소는 고호열성이며, 기존의 상업적 DNA 중합효소와 비교하였을 때, 높은 신장 능력 및 높은 충실도를 가지는 DNA 중합효소이다. 따라서, 정확 한 PCR이 요구되는 정밀분석, 정밀진단. 동정 등에 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
