| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 (A) 써모코커스속 균을 배양기에서 배양하는 단계 (B) 상기 (A)단계에서 배양된 배양액 중 일 부를 중공사막을 포함하고, 섭씨 70~90도로 유지되는 써모코커스속 균 농축유닛으로 이송하는 단계 (C) 상기 이송된 배양액을 농축유닛에서 중공사막으로 여과하는 단계 (D) 상기 (C)단계에서 중공사막으로 여 과된 폐액을 농축유닛에서 배출하는 단계 (E) 상기 (C)단계에서 중공사막으로 여과되지 않고 농축된 농축 배양액을 상기 (A)단계의 배양기로 반송하는 단계 및 (F) 상기 (A)단계의 배양기에 상기 (D)단계에서 배 출되는 폐액과 동일량의 배지용액을 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 써모코커스속 균 연속배양방법과 써모코커 스속 균 연속배양장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법과 장치에 의해 써모코커스속 균을 고농도로 배양할 수 있어, 써모코커스속 균이 만들어내는 유용성분을 효과적으로 생산할 수 있다. | - |
