- 본 발명은 해파리의 동정을 위한 프라이머 및 이를 이용한 해파리 동정방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로
본 발명의 프라이머는 우리나라 연안에 서식하는 9종의 해파리를 폴립(polyp) 및 스트로빌라(strobila) 단
계에서 동시에 판별할 수 있으므로 해파리의 개체 수 조절, 생물 다양성 조사 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있
다.
