| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 수치 예측모델의 계산과정 없이 기상 수치모델의 해상풍 예측자료로부터 해상 파랑을 직접 예측 하여 정확성을 높이고, 소요시간을 줄일 수 있도록 한 해상풍 수치모델 예측자료를 이용하는 해상파랑 직 접 예측을 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 과거 해상풍 후측자료를 이용하여 해상풍 패턴의 범주화 및 각 해상풍 패턴별 파랑정보의 계산하여 DB화를 수행하는 해상풍 패턴별 파랑정보 산출 및 DB 실시간으로 해상풍 예측자료의 패턴 유형 결정을 하고, 해상풍 패턴별 파랑정보 산출 및 DB로부터 해당 패턴에 대한 파랑정보의 산출을 수행하는 실시간 파랑 예측 정보 생성부 를 포함하는 것이다. | - |
