| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 수소생산 혐기성 미생물인 써모코커스속균을 함유하는 배양액을 내부에 수용하는 혐기성 배양 기 상기 배양기의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 배양기에 수용된 배양액 중 내부로 유입되는 유입배양액에 가 스 버블을 발생시키는 가스 버블 발생기 상기 유입배양액을 상기 가스 버블 발생기 내부로 유입시키는 배 양액 순환부 상기 가스 버블 발생기에 일산화탄소 가스를 공급하는 일산화탄소 공급부 및 상기 배양기로 부터 발생된 수소를 포집하는 수소포집부를 포함하는 써모코커스속균을 이용한 수소생산장치와 수소생산방 법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 수소생산 혐기성 미생물인 써모코커스속균을 이용하여 효과적으로 수소를 생산 할 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다. | - |
